We are Amy and Derrick Cole.  This makes our 14th season at Applecover Inn, and we sure hope that you enjoy your stay!  It is amazing that we have been doing this for almost 14 years.  Maureen (now 11 years) and Connor (now 9 years) will also help to make your stay enjoyable! We have actually put them to work helping with rooms and laundry.  You will see them not only running around, "healy"ing around, or biking around;  you might also see them working a little!  (PSPs and iPods don't grow on trees, ya know!)

After 14 years, everything that follows truly remains the same.  Times are tough, but we still strive to offer the cleanest, most comfortable place to stay at the most affordable rate.  As you can tell by our reviews at Trip Advisor, this remains true.  Please feel free to visit their web site, just be forewarned, there are a few pop-ups that can get by your blocker!

This is a motel with a "difference."

The difference is that we are personally involved in every aspect of this business:  the cleaning, refurbishing, maintenance, front desk work, and correspondence with you, the guest.  YOU are our business.  If we don't make you happy, someone else will! 

For that reason, our main objective is to provide nice, extra-clean rooms for very reasonable rates.  We enjoy meeting people and hope to make your stay a special one!

Our goal is to keep our motel renovated to travelers' standards, yet still maintain low rates.  You will find that our pillows are fluffy, our beds comfortable, and our towels plush!  It is what we would expect, so it is what we provide.  You will find our rooms clean and comfortable, and equipped with all that you will need for a nice stay away from home.
